Great Work!

If this weren't background for a game, I would expect more dramatic crescendos from the melodic line, but great background!

I would agree, you have no idea how hard I had to pull myself away from the big dramatic crescendos XD! I wanted to bust into a frantic flurry of energy, a euphoric "YES WE CAN >:c!!!!" kind of energy!

Great Song!

My only qualm is that the chords in the middle sound kinda flat (depth). But other than that, great loop.

perhaps I should have filled them out more by doubling them with some stronger brass, or even just introduced more notes to the chords. I've long learned my lesson since this song's conception, but you're right. If I were to do this song now, there would be quite a few things i'd do differently.

I would recommend some more dynamic changes, but I think the song is still very good. Great work, hope to see more!

[Song of Agony]

Not Bad!

Not sure how similar the melodies are, since I've never played Wind Waker, but right now I think it's a little repetitive. It's pretty much the same thing over and over again. Definitely needs some variation.

While I'm definatley one who prefers Soundtrack over staight Classical, I think most people on NG would be hard pressed to deny that this is a great song. Kinda reminds me of motzart. I would suggest that any dynamic changes (crescendo, decrescendo) be a little more dramatic, because it sounds just a little flat (depth, not pitch). Great work!

There actually are quite a variety of dynamic markings in the piece, however I made them less dramatic and compressed the sound to make an even listening experience. If I were to release an album full of this type of music then I'd let the dynamics be true to the music, but I think having really dramatic dynamics here on Newgrounds would be more of a nuisance for the average listener.

The song sounds alot like a dramatic song from 24, which is pretty cool. It dosent loop very well tho, so I would suggest cleaning up the end or lengthening it into a full song.

Btw, how's the album coming?

I am back! I was never really gone, but I'm going to start submitting on a more regular basis. There are a lot of new faces around here and a lot of great creative energy that I want to become a part of!

Anyway, the idea was to sound very 24ish, so I'm glad that's what came to your mind. I may end up lengthening this out, but it actually does loop pretty well in a .wav format (.mp3 always adds a little stutter at the end, and the Newgrounds player tries to compensate for that but isn't always perfect at it). Great to see you're still around, thanks for the review!

thanks man, it took me a couple days to make this cuz of school and stuff which got me off track and stuff, so its not the best ive done
